Summary: Ability to use python with Avogadro

Initial Comment:
It would be great if it were possible to use Python within Avogadro. The ability to use Python could speed up development of certain functionality and would also enable non-expert programmers to help with development.

An added bonus is that it would allow us to quickly feed some of our existing code from the CCP1GUI project (http://sourceforge.net/projects/ccp1gui/) into Avogadro.

It would also enable users to script Avogadro and control it from an interactive shell. The ipython project (http://ipython.scipy.org/moin/) already provides a good python shell that can be embedded within a code (something that has been done with the CCP1GUI).
