Upgrading SourceForge for Avogadro

One thing we should consider with the release of 1.1.0 is to upgrade Avogadro to the new SourceForge version:
https://sourceforge.net/p/upgrade?search=avogadro

I think the improved tracker would be great for handling many of the new bug fixes, enhancements we’re likely to get!

I am no fan of the current trackers, and so would be interested in
seeing how much better then new one is. I think we should switch, and
was tempted to do it. Do you want to flip the switch?
