Summary: Two (or more) atoms aren’t allowed a different custom color

Initial Comment:
Hi,

I’m trying to colour 1 hydrogen in a molecule green and other blue. I added two more ‘display types’, 1 for each hydrogen atom and modified the ‘objects’ tab in each so that was the case. Under the ‘colours’ tab i selected ‘custom colour’ from the dropdown menu and chose a colour. When i went to the other display type and selected ‘custom colour’, i wasn’t given the option of changing the colour and it was set to the same as the other hydrogen. I was expecting the custom colours to be unique to the atom present in the ‘objects’ tab.

This occurred in Avogadro 1.0.1 on Windows 7 64 bit.

Cheers,
