Reading the website doesn’t make me feel, that you legally ship this
file. Do you have some written permission to ship it?
I also wonder about the files vmd.frag and vmd.vert in
libavogadro/src/extensions/shaders/. Are they public domain or do they
belong to the VMD license?

I removed the files just to be cautious. They are all intended as
example files but you are correct that there may be issues with us
redistributing them. I am not sure any of them are needed that much and
so I felt it was better to remove them. Thanks for pointing out this issue.
