Summary: Select Tool should offer “chain” of residues
Initial Comment:
The selection tool should offer selection of a “chain” of residues.
Technically, the “molecule” mode should work – it looks for all connected atoms. But by checking the chain number of a residue and selecting all atoms in that chain, we can verify Open Babel’s chain numbers.
