Summary: Segfault when changing settings

Latest version of Avogadro (from git) causes segmentation fault when clicking ‘Apply’ or ‘OK’ in dialog ‘Settings’ (menu Settings->Configure Avogadro). This issue doesn’t depend loaded file and occurs even if no file is loaded. This issue occurs in cases when some setting was changed as well as nothing was changed
I’ve found this issue takes place when other locale than C and en_US is used. My locale is ru_RU, but fr_FR or it_IT, for example, crashes too.
