Initial Comment:
It would be very nice to display a scale somewhere:
for example showing the length of an angstrom at the current magnification
or showing a bar of constant size and indicating many angstroms it is.
This should change as the image is zoomed in and out
this is especially useful when comparing structures prepared in different windows.
