Initial Comment:  
Hi,  
In avogadro 0.9.3, if I save a molecule (.cml and .cml.new so)) when I open the cml file, there is only a black window. In the 0.9.4, I can’t save in .cml there is only a “.cml.new” file creating.  
How can I save molecule ???
