Summary: Save visualization setting inside document
Initial Comment:
Avogadro must save all visualization settings (colors&sizes of atoms, labels, orientation of axes, background color, etc) inside file (extend CML, maybe new format should be called “Avogadro document” and have its own MIME). It’s VERY important for using Avogadro for rendering of pictures for scientific posters to save molecules not only in form of picture.
In future this feature can be used to embed Avogadro documents inside OpenOffice.org documents to simplify poster creation (I’m learning OO extensions development)
