I have bought me a new laptop and installed ubuntu linux 10.04. Avogadro
was installed using Synaptic Package Manager. Unfortunaly it does not run.
Using a terminal. I get a PopUp with the messange “This system does not
support OpenGL” and on the terminal i get the message :“Xlib: extension
"GLX” missing on display “:0.0"” I think i have installed openGl, thus
this message make no sense to me. Can anybody help me

Do other OpenGL applications work? (e.g. glxgears) What does the
commandline tool glxinfo say?
