Summary: Persistent application settings
Initial Comment:
One thing I would really like to see before the next release is persistent application settings. Things such as the location of the various dock widgets, detail level, ideally even engine and tool settings. It would also be good to have these translate to new molecules when we open a new window and I believe this will be a nice side effect of improving our support of persistent settings.
