Why have you abandoned this patch?
It was included in some release of Avogadro (probably 0.9.5, I don’t remember exactly), but later this functionality disappeared.
I think it’s very useful for making posters, and not all users can rebuild Avogadro for their needs :slight_smile:

I’m going to change dialog which sets up atom&bond sizes. First of all, there should be text input widget with double-precision number for fine control of sizes. It can be in arbitrary points (as it’s implemented now - numbers fro 0 to 13), but I desire to have a possibility to set atomic sizes in Angstroms. Unfortunately, I’m involved in several other projects, so I’ll try it when I have free time

And what about different sizes for different atoms (non-H)?

These are all good ideas. :slight_smile: As for the different sizes, you can do
this now, by duplicating a display type. We’ll be adding a tutorial to
the wiki this week.
