# Orca 6.0.1 output files not opening in Avogadro 1.100.0

I am unable to open Orca 6.0.1 output files from open-shell calculations. Previously, I couldn’t open any Orca output files, but a fresh installation of Avogadro appears to have fixed that, and only open-shell outputs don’t work.

## Environment Information

Avogadro version: 1.100.0  
Operating system and version: MacOS Sequoia 15.5

## Expected Behavior

File opens

## Actual Behavior

Avogadro doesn’t crash it simply hangs on “Opening file location/name.out with ‘Avogadro: Generic Output’.”

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt to open attached Orca output file
