Initial Comment:
I\'ve recently noticed some sort of bug with the display of certain .cube files in Avogadro. I am not sure in what situations or why it occurs, but I\'ve noticed a few cases where the isosurfaces are shifted some distance from where they are supposed to lie. Attached is an image comparing what I see in Avogadro and VMD.

I am using Avogadro 1.0.0 (Git revision: 81fcdfb) on Mac OS 10.5.8. The .cube file was generated with Q-Chem.
