Summary: More convenient MOs’ visualization
Initial Comment:
Currently, to visualize MOs, user of Avogadro needs 1) open Cube file; 2) create surfaces using one dialog; 3) choose what MO to display with settings of Surface Engine. I think it’ll be more convenient to have a possibility to choose and render selected orbitals from one dialog
My personal interest: recent versions of Molpro create every orbital in separate cube, so many action are needed to view each of them in Avogadro
