Hi all.
The french translation is now complete. It still needs some
polishing and, probably, some corrections. I wellcome all
suggestions.
In the course of testing, I noticed some messages that do not
display correctly on the Mac. For instance:
“Sortie Gaussian 98/03” turns up as “03”.
This is not the case in Linux. For some reason, the width of this
field in the open menu appears to be fixed. Also, some strings
are not translated despite “tr” instructions in the code.
A Geof’s recent message calls for more comments.
Freezing the translations would require versioning in Launchpad.
The same applies to the important transformations in the
interface that are underway.
Is this planned?
