Summary: Labels from CIF file

Initial Comment:
It would be nice if there were a label option that can handle the data from cif files as a label. For example:

C1 C 0.1401(2) 0.53978(14) 0.79318(8) 0.0357(4) Uani 1 1 d . . .

H1
H1’
H1’'
Li1

Hydrogen atoms bond to the “C1” should be named " H1 ", " H1’ ", " H1’’ ". These data is mostly determined in the cif file.
