Krazy2 checks updated

Moin

I just send a pull-request to Marcus, you can also just pull my tree directly.
I just ran a huge update. Many many new issues (like 100+ compared to last
time I ran the tests).
Lets see what is valid

Hi,

I will merge the changes, but I was wondering if it would be possible
for us to host these somewhere? The krazy checks and the Doxygen API
docs can both be autogenerated from our code and hosted for those that
want to view them. If we don’t have appropriate space I can probably
create some on my server…

They could both be cronned up and generated daily, weekly or whatever
people prefer.

Sure, they should be run daily with Cron, but I don’t have a server so I can
only do so locally and then commit

just do ruby krazy/runkrazy.rb

Takes 10 minutes or so for all of Avogadro.

Thanks Carsten. Where do I get the latest krazy scripts from? I am not
familiar with that. I do have a server that has ruby and it could
certainly spend 10 minutes running a script everyday…
