The KDE 4.1 hard freeze date has changed. See here:

The soft freeze remains March 31. This just means that the feature-plan-wiki,

must be edited before this date to mention the planned changes to Kalzium and
libkdeedu.
The hard freeze is pushed forward to May 19. (Instead of April 22 as formerly
planned). So there is one more month.
