Summary: Improve dipole
Initial Comment:
- Replace ‘Custom Value’ option with ‘Custom Vector’
- Dipole display type renders dipole vector (at least, in ‘Custom Value’ mode) points to (0,0,0) , but I think it should start from that point (arrow outside molecule is more beautiful)
