Summary: glibc memory corruption crash after closing molecule
Initial Comment:
I get a reproducable SIGABRT/glibc memory corruption with 0.9.7.
Steps to reproduce
- Remove ~/.config/SourceForge/Avogadro.conf (just to be sure)
- Run “avogadro testfiles/methane.g03”
- Hit Close button
Both the console output and the full backtrace are attached.
In 0.9.6, I do not get this crash when I close the molecule (but Avogadro subsequently segfaults when I quit it)
