Hi,
I’ve just started using the python console and I am finding it very useful.
For example I found that typing the following:
Avogadro.molecule.atoms[0].pos
returns the position of the first indexed atom.
What I can’t figure out (and I don’t know if it is possible) is to get, for
example, the position of a group of atoms selected with the F11 tool.
I hope i made my point clear.
