The problem is that I can’t easily identify *nix users in the wiki. If you can find some easy JavaScript that allows us to change the link, I’d be happy to use it. Alternatively, I can point all the platforms to Get_Avogadro, but for Mac and Windows, it adds an extra step.
I’m definitely open to ideas here.

If raw html was possible in wiki, I would do it. However, I didn’t succeeded with inserting of into code, without it JS couldn’t be used

If you give me an example of what you want (e.g., off-list), I can probably add an appropriate MediaWiki extension. Obviously, it’s a security issue – we don’t want arbitrary users to edit the page and insert JavaScript.
