Gerrit wiki page

I started a wiki page for gerrit:
http://avogadro.openmolecules.net/wiki/Working_with_Gerrit

At the moment it just has basic information for devs – how to create
an account, push a changeset, and push a revision. Feel free to add to
it as we figure out a good workflow.

I just submitted my first revisited patch. The git rebase -i part does
require some more explanation I think. I’ll add the simplest example
where the commit that needs revision was the last commit.

The page is updated. Not sure how easy it would be if you have 100
commits on top of that though :s
