Hi!
First let me say thats a great soft. Congratulations for it!
I just installed Avogadro from the source, version 1.0.1, and everything went fine.
The program starts, and I can draw a ethane. If I try anything else Avogadro freezes and I can’t do anything else.
My system is a Ubuntu 64 bits 10.0.4, with a kernel 2.6.32-22-generic running on a Core2 duo processor, with a intel graphic display card.
I have openbabel 2.2.3 and Qt 4.6.2.
What should I do to have it running?
When I tryed install with synaptic it worked without freezng, with a older version, but I could not see anything (it didn showed the bonds).
