Summary: File Save/Open dialog should suggest a couple of formats

Initial Comment:
Currently (at least on Debian), the File Save and File Open dialog has as “File of Type” filter only “All Files (*)”. It would be good if the user could choose from a limited set of useful file types, instead of (apparently) having to guess the extension so OpenBabel will save in the appropriate format.

It probably does not make sense to expose all of OpenBabel’s formats, but for saving xyz, gzmat (Gaussian z-matrix input), gau (Gaussian cartesian input), gamin (GAMESS input) and maybe a couple of others would be useful.

For loading, xyz, pdb, gaussian, gamess input/output and a couple of other make sense I guess.

Please excuse if this is a problem on Debian or already fixed in subversion (I’m using 0.6.1 here)
