Failed reading output Gaussian log/fchk files

Environment Information

Avogadro version: 1.2.0
Operating system and version: Windows 10 64bit
Open Bable version: 3.1.1

Expected Behavior

Open log/fchk files and also the file that was made by Avogadro.

Actual Behavior

After clicking open/file.log (or fchk, or .cml) the program gives error: reading of the file failed, the path of the file. Also, it gives error while saving as on the attached image.

I assume that is the problem with some drivers from windows as for others with the same operating systems it is working. Can you suggest what should I install?

Having a newer version of Open Babel won’t affect the version of Avo1.2 that was built-in.

It’s a bit hard to tell from your report - is this true for just Gaussian files, or other file types (XYZ, CML) too?

It opens the .xyz and .cml files, which were created on another computer.
But it is not saving the files, I tried to save the build molecule in .xyz format and it creates just a blank file.

I found the problem: it cannot access the folder where the file .log and .fchk were and also it saved files only to folder Users.
