Summary: Easy replacement of atoms is needed
Initial Comment:
Currently the only way to replace one atom to another in Avogadro is H to Methyl extension. Changing of atom of any element to another is needed.
Clicking on existing atom in Daw mode must transform atom of one element to atom of selected element (now this action places one more atom to that point). Of course, this feature should include some tolerance forr coordinates (clicking near existing atom should replace it and preserve old coordinates)
