Draw Tool Delete / Crash Bug

Hi Konstantin,

I’ve been trying to debug the bug with the draw tool on the 1.0.x branch – delete an atom, draw something new and it crashes. I tried out a few other similar options: cut, clear, select a bunch of atoms, delete, or remove hydrogens and then draw. None of these crash – it seems limited to the draw tool and/or draw command.

Have you tried this on master? I don’t get the crash.

If you agree – that the bug is only in the branch and not master, then we should isolate differences in the draw tool code between the two for a cherry-pick.

Thanks,
-Geoff

Could you specify bug number? I don’t get which of those bugs do you mean.

Avogadro / Old Bugs / #501 Crash on drawing after atom removal

I think this is also related:
Avogadro / Old Bugs / #515 Drawing hydrogens -> crash

I’ve reproduced both on master just now.

P.S. On Linux. I can also test on Mac OS 10.5 later on.
