Summary: Draw Tool: Alchemy + Adjust Hydrogens Confused
Initial Comment:
The current SVN trunk has some strange behavior when clicking on atoms to change the element.
Enable “Adjust Hydrogens” and drag out an ethane molecule (two carbon atoms).
Now click on a hydrogen to change it to a CH3. Note that some other hydrogen will change too. The atom you clicked becomes a bare C atom, but some other hydrogen will also become C with three new hydrogen atoms.
Sometimes clicking on an atom will change the element, but not change the hydrogens.
