I want to design a molecule containg custom dna fragments. Is there a way to insert these custom fragments under build option in avogadro? If yes, how?
There are a few possibilities. If you have the SMILES string for the fragments, you can Insert SMILES.
Otherwise, the easiest is to open up the fragments you want, then use copy and paste to duplicate them as needed.
