Hello all,
When I load any structure in Avogadro, it always show me a
perspective view. Is it possible to change the view of a
molecule to isometry? I use the Avogadro 1.0.0 under Windows.

No, it is not yet possible to do an orthographic projection. You can follow this feature request here:
