Sir, i am not able to setup the MMFF94 force field for an organic molecule in which sodium ion is present. MMFF94 gives a great structure with inter-molecular hydrogen bonding after optimization, which the other force fields don’t give. when i set it up for the organic molecule without sodium ion.
Kindly help !!
