Considering Goeff’s Suggestion , From where I can export crystal structure
of graphite that might contain pre-configured unit cell for graphene.

If you are using Avogadro v1.1 or later, the crystal structures are included - I sent along a step-by-step set of screen shots indicating how you do this.
