Summary: Bond-Centric: Dihedral Angle when part of a loop
Initial Comment:
When the atom (left) clicked on to edit it’s dihedral angle is part of a loop involving the selected bond, this atom doesn’t rotate with the rest of the atoms. Requires a few changes to the skeleton tree i believe.
Works with right click as the skeleton is built from a different root node in this case.
