I downloaded avogadro2 on my WLS2 (Linux on windows 10) but when it read file.out from ORCA (also if there are all data into) some data isn’t being read. For example, I calculate vibrations and orbitals, but only the vibrations are read, and there’s no button to plot the spectrum. If I put the file on avogadro1, which I have natively on Windows 10, I see the orbitals and the button to plot the IR spectrum, but it doesn’t read the vibration values! PLEASE HELP! 
It would help to know what version of Avogadro2 you’re trying to use on WSL. The current release is 1.101 and v1.102 will be released this coming week.
