Avogadro test files

Hi,

Some Avogadro test files are issued from the Chemical Structures project
(http://chem-file.sf.net/) and are no more up-to-date. The CML code has been
updated, for example (in ethane-1_2-diol.cml):

1/C2H6O2/c3-1-2-4/h3-4H,1-2H2

has been replaced by:

I suggest you to update the files issued from Chemical Structure. The files
are always distributed under the BSD license.
