Summary: atom names are lost upon load

Hi,
I build small molecules and try to keep a common scafold so atoms should keep their name as is the original file.
But avogadro changes the atom names (e.g CA to C, C5* to C , N9 to N, …) These atoms have not been changed by the 3D editor.
Only minimization of the newly added parts and hydrogens are allowed the rest (common scaffold) is fixed.
Atom names should not change!!!
Could you fix this. Thanks
