API & ABI monitoring of libavogadro

Recently Avogadro was added to upstream tracker of linuxtesting.org
http://linuxtesting.org/upstream-tracker/versions/avogadro.html

This service generates header-based tests and checks API and ABI compatibility between released versions. Monitoring of bleeding edge from Git and other VCS is planned feature. I’ve also requested addition of OpenBabel

This is cool. Thanks. What are the particular tests and errors? I’m particularly curious if we can fix the unit test errors it claims in our headers.

It will be a big help if we can submit development versions (e.g., right before a release) and prevent problems.

Source code of tests is available there. Click on numbers of passed and failed tests, and you’ll see sources of each test. I’m not sure failed tests are correct.

Git monitoring is planned
