Hi every body,
I am a new user of avogadro, so excuse me if the question is unapropriated.
I have the following problem, I run the simulation of a time-dependent
process that produce a large list of cube files with N orbitals in each.
To visualize the results, I have to load each file into avogadro and plot
the isosurfece corresponding to a choosen value.
Is there a way to automatize this process? where can I get to start?
