Summary: Adjust hydrogens breaks on modifying bond orders

Initial Comment:
If I draw two carbons with a single bond, I get Ethane.

I then select double bond and draw over the bond between the two carbons.

I get H2C=CH3 and the second carbon has a bond order count of 5. Edit->Undo says “Change Element”.

I expect: H2C=CH2

If I then click on the second carbon, it gets its third hydrogen removed and I get H2C=CH2 as expected (Again, Edit->Undo says “Change Element”).
